Inspiron 24-3455 AIO, cracked screen

I purchased a used 24-3455 (almost 3 years ago) knowing it had a cracked screen (about 3") in the upper right hand corner.

Lately the mouse pointer ocassionally migrates to that corner, and what looks like bubbles appear there. Most often I have to shutdown via the power button. Can a new screen fix this? Not sure if I want to go through the expense.

Yesterday, I rec'd another used 24-3455 that i purchased on ebay (I've purchased many electronic devices on ebay without problems), and I have a black screen on startup issues, but that's another story. I finally got it to install Photoshop 2020 last night, but this morning it crashes on startup. Of course, that's after many attempts to get it to even boot up!

My apologies for posting 2 issues.

The cracked screen is in the upper right hand corner. I was using my mouse on the right side.

I moved it to the left and the cursor no longer misbehaves.

I've purchased many used electronics on eBay without any problems until now. eBay's Money Back Guarantee covered it.

AIO, not a Desktop real it is and ALL IN ONE PC,  with built in SCREEN, a laptop sans big battery.

are you posting questions for 2 PCs at the same time?

the 1st PC needs new screen (captain obvious strikes again)

PC #2 is dead, or very sick, as expected buying a USED PC from any one or anything,  \

photoshop installed to IT, which it is IT?   #1 PC or #2 PC.  never post about 2 PCs in one post. bad idea.

if you do , avoid the word "IT" totally.

the DEAD PC ,we can talk for hours doing tests on it to find the problem./

for sure is dead PC part, DEAD screen part or DEAD power supply part.

move screen 2 to screen PC #1 , seems rational.

but if both screens are bad, then.....
